Learn how to make pasta from scratch including tagliatelle and ravioli, or learn traditional Umbrian antipasti, meat dishes or the world famous Italian desserts!
The classes are always great fun, a real social event in a very relaxed atmosphere.
Trips can be arranged to local markets with the cooks to choose the ingredients for the course and get to understand the use of seasonal vegetables in Italian cooking.
For real foodie lovers, you could combine your cookery course with a truffle hunting expedition. Umbria is one of the best areas in Italy for the elusive yet delicious truffle. You can take a tour around a truffle farm, search for truffles and learn how to use them in cooking.
Or add a wine tasting trip down to the Montefalco region of Umbria, near Assisi, and sample some excellent wines including the world famous Sagrantino red.
